Pot & Rice is a trending Pan-Asian restaurant that located in the heart of Elephant Park.
The elephant park site is our first site in London with a menu full of creative asian cuisine. We are looking to recruit experienced kitchen assistance and Commis chefs to join our team. This role would be perfect for a chefs who are hungry for a new challenge and is eager to take the next step in their career as and we are looking for expanding our second site soon.
The Role
You will be working closely to the chef and to ensure the success of the business by helping ensure the highest level of standards, service and quality. We are looking to recruit the right person that can work with us to constantly deliver on those standards.
Your Responsibility:
- Prior experience as a commis chef within a fast-paced quality, restaurant;
- Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
- Good knowledge of or experience in Asian cuisine and culture is a bonus
- You'll be making sure the back of house area is always kept the kitchen in high standard of cleanliness
- you'll be ensuring our chefs have everything they need to make our fresh dishes!
- you'll help to label and store deliveries correctly
- you'll be working quickly to prep fresh food in a busy kitchen

Salary: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
