Job description
Part of FullerThomson, Ox184, well-established bar and restaurant in Edinburgh, providing laid back drinking and dining from noon until 2am. Currently, we are looking for a Chef to complete our kitchen team – ideally someone who has previous experience working in busy restaurants and bars. We are looking for fun, confident, enthusiastic people who enjoy delivering great plates of food.
Base rate of pay is £11 p/h for a chef
We currently open until 2am on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with plans to expand in the future.
We offer £2.50 p/h extra for those working from midnight until 2:30am
The rest of the week our kitchen team finish between 00:00 and 00:30, so our ideal candidate lives within Edinburgh for an easy commute home.
