You will be accountable for the commercial supply chain activities, aligned to a specific business hub portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are achieved, balanced with achieving working capital targets.
This is an integrated commercial supply chain role, incorporating Demand Planning, CMO Supply Planning and Inventory Management and in this role you will collaborate closely with all key functions along the value chain.
On a day to day basis you will:
- Lead the demand management process for your business hub as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Collaborate with the commercial organisation to ensure demand plans accurately reflect latest market intelligence and assumptions
- Define the planning parameters for your portfolio in collaboration with Group Supply Chain
- Own and be accountable for your SC master data
- To ensure CMO supply plans are in place that support both customer service and working capital objectives

- A strong foundation of supply chain planning and\or demand management experience ideally in the FMCG and\or pharmaceutical sectors
- Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems, ideally including SAP IBPDP and\or SAP APO
- Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to build strong working relationships with both external third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as the interface between commercial and in-house supply, ensuring collaboration around demand and supply, balancing service, inventory health and operational efficiency
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
