Full Job Description-
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing company. In this fast-paced role, you will work closely with our sub-contractors to assist with the smooth running of projects. You will play a key role in supporting and organising multiple projects and follow the process until complete. You will be a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple challenges to ensure that work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual and team player, with strong people skills. You will be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. The ability to thrive whilst maintaining clear and timely communication is imperative.
Duties & Responsibilities-
· Scheduling and managing retrofit installations in domestic properties.
· Compiling and ensuring the relevant RAMS are in place for each project.
· Monitor and measure project expenditure against budgets throughout the project’s lifecycle.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
Required skills and experience
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management.
· Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects at one time.
· Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with the ability to work independently.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Experienced Excel user (essential).
· Flexible and reliable.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role is subject to a 6-month trial period.
