The Commercial Delivery Manager will lead the development and delivery of key aspects of our Commercial Transformation Programme. Delivery focused, with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, you'll drive ambitious cross commercial transformation initiatives to efficient and effective conclusion.

This role plays a part in the central Commercial Strategy and Planning team, working with parties across Commercial and beyond to ensure we deliver this critical aspect of our business plan by:

  • Leading a portfolio of cross Directorate projects and initiatives from identification and scoping through to delivery into the business.
  • Effectively managing projects and initiatives to ensure efficient delivery, cross commercial engagement and business integration post delivery.
  • Driving momentum, accountability and clear prioritisation of initiatives within the commercial portfolio, supported by senior level governance.
  • Fostering a culture of sustainable change in Commercial through the creation and embedding of change methodologies to deliver business transformation.
  • Creating portfolio reporting for Commercial Leadership and Business Transformation function as required.
  • Embedding our values, supporting culture change required to deliver the Commercial strategic plan and A Better BA.

About you

  • Experienced in product, project or programme management.
  • Delivery focused with strong experience in planning, prioritisation and organisation
  • Comfortable in communicating effectively to a range of audiences
  • Proactive and intuitive, with resilience, commitment, drive and perseverance
  • Able to collaborate effectively within immediate team and wider network
  • Able to evaluate data and metrics to spot red flags and opportunities
