What’s the role about?
As part of the Herbert Parkinson team you will be responsible for leading & supporting the framework, infrastructure and culture to deliver Continuous Improvement activity with a variety of stakeholders.
The emphasis will be on driving efficiencies & delivering a programme of change through local activities, delivering a clear and measurable benefit whilst operating within ISO standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing experience, demonstrable evidence of delivering Continuous Improvement initiatives and has the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
This is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2023
What will you be doing as a Continuous Improvement Analyst?
Some of the accountabilities for this role are:
Identify waste & undertake business re-engineering opportunities, supporting & delivering the pipeline of operational improvement initiatives
Support the execution of appropriate CI tools, technologies and techniques to maximise business outcomes from each initiative, driving them to conclusion
Work with relevant stakeholders to drive agreed priorities and delivery of improvements, to timescale & budget
Support the sites lean journey, working proactively within the branch to engage Partners to share input and collectively develop best practice and initiatives

What you'll have:
Experience of working in a manufacturing / operational environment
Demonstrable experience of Lean / 6 Sigma
Yellow/Green Belt Accredited
Excellent communication skill
What else you can bring:
Previous experience of a working in the textile industry
