We have an opportunity at our Rochester regional office for a Commercial Assistant to join our team, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be considered for this role and will be dissussed further at interview.
The salary for this role will be circa £28,500.00 per year and participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits.

Providing support to the Polymers Commercial Team, our Commercial Assistant will work as part of a team to support sales arrangement, quotations, and order processing. You will gather marketing information and act as a customer interface by providing proactive support to our external customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensuring a smooth and timely completion of all relevant contracts, queries and other commercial related administrative tasks, you will take ownership of supplier/customer set ups, claims, logistics, accounting, analysis and reporting.
Our ideal Commercial Assistant will have:
- Knowledge of working in fast paced environment,
- A minimum of one years’ experience of administration in a commercially driven environment,
- Math’s and English GCSE’s at a grade C / level 5 and above,
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills,
- The ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
