What we’re looking for

We’re looking for our first full-time quality assurance tester to join our Rust team to aid and work directly with our development and support teams. The ideal candidate we’re looking for should have experience in the video games QA industry, strong self-motivation, and familiarity with Rust. You will be the safeguard of the end product against anything that could negatively affect the player’s experience of the game.

The successful applicant will be working directly with our development team, daily play testing of recently implemented changes within the Rust client or the Unity Editor, checking for bugs, balance and performance-related problems. Issues will be written up on Asana and flagged to the development team. Rust runs on a rapid monthly development cycle, so a keen eye for detail and a good level of knowledge of Rust are required.

This is a full-time remote position, but we’re keen to have the applicant working hybrid or full-time from our Birmingham (UK) office.
