Your New Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our Secure Infrastructure Business Unit. This is a remote role, however your colleagues will be based at Donnington, Catterick, Liverpool or Birmingham.

This particular role will support our FDIS contract is a 7-year contract.

The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week based on Monday – Friday.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the commercial managers in the daily duties valuing contractors’ payments and application for payment to the client
  • Working with Amey’s dedicated CAFM data management systems (Concept and CMS) inputting data as directed.
  • Log and record information supplied by contractors so that its available to Commercial Managers (in Excel)

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent IT skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Basic commercial and financial acumen
  • The ability to work with technical operations staff
  • The ability to time-manage, set priorities and work to strict deadlines
  • Admin experienced, ideally within the construction industry
