Job Title: Collections Administrator
Working Pattern: 36.25 hour week, Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00 and 10.00 - 18.00)
Salary: £19,700 - £23,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits
Location: Blackpool (FY4 2FB)

The Consumer Lending team helps thousands of consumers in the UK with our Personal Loans product, our aim is to ensure we provide a fair & affordable lending solution that is accessible to those often overlooked by mainstream lenders. What you will be working on:
- Individual performance and contribution to achieve KPI's set by the business.
- Owning individual performance and personal development.
- Ensuring detailed and accurate customer records are kept and updated accordingly.
- Managing emails received and identifying and processing correspondence to the correct person in a timely manner.
- Issuing external letters.
- Effectively and professionally communicating with customers/3rd parties, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Completing daily tasks set by the Team Leader.
- Taking a flexible approach to Adhoc tasks requested.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Good organisational and time management skills resulting in the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- The ability to positively contribute to a team.
- Strong computer literacy including working experience on Microsoft Office.

- The ability to self-motivate and use own initiative to achieve individual targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
