Are you looking for new challenge? We are recruiting a Part-Time (1 day per week) Technician – Art & Design for our Creative and Digital Art Department based at our Amersham Campus.
To act as Technician for the Creative and Digital Art’s Department across all Art areas and supporting the digital technician within the relevant Team and elsewhere within the College as required for academic and commercial activities.
The successful candidate will be required to:
· To provide supervision of students in the subject areas required as appropriate, given the resources available and within the agreed and approved current timetable.
· To supervise all commercial activities within the designated area including weekend working as directed by Curriculum Manager
· To control stock and issue materials to students.
· To prepare resources for students use in classrooms and vocational areas and equipment are maintained correctly and kept clean.
· To advise course tutors of the need of replacement stock and materials.
· To raise material/equipment requisitions, receive, check and store goods in accordance with College procedures.
