WCN Care Group are well established within the Bournemouth & Poole area and our two Care Homes have previously been nominated for “Best Care Team”, “Care Home of the Year” and a “Special Recognition Award” in the Bournemouth Proud to Care Awards.
We are now expanding our facilities and opening a new Domiciliary Care Agency, covering the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas. You will be providing care and support for those with more complex needs but still can remain in their own home. As a care assistant you could be the highlight to somebody’s day or you could be there for them in their darkest hour, but you’ll do this all with the support of our fantastic team. Below is a list of some of the things a client may need assistance with:
- Light cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, medication, personal care, help to get dressed, washing and bathing, medical appointments, day centres, appointments, and social activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop within your career, or start from the beginning, as no experience is required. We will provide you with all training, support and development within your new role with us.
We will have opportunities to suit your needs; part-time, full-time, day, evening and weekend shifts available.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, good team players, have excellent time keeping skills and able to work using their own initiative.
