The Role

Administration Assistant required for an office-based role in Ibrox, Glasgow

Initially 22.5 hours per week, worked over 3 days. (may be more scope for additional hours in the future) The role includes:

HR database entry and upkeep

Assisting with recruitment, requesting references, new employee admin.

Running reports and monitoring sickness levels

Creating newsletters and collating information

Minute taking

Answering calls and emails in a professional and prompt manner

Ad-hoc tasks, when required

Experience

No formal qualifications required, however, we are looking for someone with demonstrable ability with the Microsoft package. Previous office experience, in a busy and varied role would be an advantage.

Person Specification

We are looking for a thoroughly organised individual who works well with a varied and often changeable daily workload.

Competent in using the Microsoft package, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.

Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality output

Strong and confident verbal and written communicative skills and the ability to engage with different stakeholders

A team player who can work well with other colleagues in a supportive environment.

Able to work on own initiative.
