Collection/Delivery Driver
Job description
We are looking for a reliable self employed Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from our client warehouse to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent driving skills, and an ability to read maps and follow directions. The Delivery Driver must also be able to lift and carry heavy packages and must be willing to work flexible hours. All Deliveries and Collections done in Lincolnshire area. Currently we are looking drivers to cover Newark, Market Rasen areas. Loading depot based in Lincoln after all deliveries will be completed you require to come back to depot.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a vehicle to deliver packages to customers.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle.
- Collect payments from customers, if necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- All deliveries completed via specially designed app on your phone.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to all applicable laws and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: £2,000.00-£3,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 2 years (preferred)
