Shift Pattern 2 - 16 hours
Monday 16:30 to 14:00
Wednesday - 13:00 to 17:00
Thursday - 13:00 to 17:00
Saturday - 08:00 to 12:00
Shift Pattern 3 - 16 hours
Monday - 10:00 to 14:00
Tuesday - 13:00 to 17:00
Thursday - 16:30 to 20:30
Saturday - 09:00 to 13:00
Shift Pattern 4 - 12 hours
Thursday - 11:00 to 15:00
Friday - 10:00 to 14:00
Saturday - 13:00 to 17:00
Salary - Rates of pay from £9.61ph to £10.00ph depending on store location

About the role
As a Store Colleague you will play an active role in providing a positive customer experience and driving sales
Delivering excellent customer service whilst exceeding our customers’ expectations- Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions
- Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy
- Be involved with our visual merchandising to ensuring the store is well presented and inspiring to our customers
- Demonstrate your product knowledge to customers and be confident in approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor
About you
- Retail Experience preferred but not essential
- Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs
- High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
