• be part of the global Collateral Management team at UBS
• facilitate the delivery of a range of client onboarding initiatives and activities across multiple product classes and client types
• liaise with clients and vendors on a daily basis and build relationships to ensure effective collaboration with these counterparties
• take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate resolution with relevant parties

to resolve issues

• work closely with Front Office, Legal, various operational teams to enhance the client experience and deliver smooth on-boarding services for our global clients in terms of margining
• suggest and deliver improvements to the processes within the team

You’ll be working in the Global Collateral Management Margin Static and Onboarding team in London which is a function aligned to the Investment Bank(IB). The team offers a fast paced and challenging work in hybrid environment.
This team is responsible for the efficient management of the Firm's static data related to client margining and overall risk management. The teams objective encompasses the management, data control and effective onboarding of clients to the margining platforms across the Bank and associated legal entities.
Investment Bank empower their clients to make optimal investment and risk management decisions by providing them best-in-class execution, risk management and financing capabilities across global financial and capital markets.

You have:

• a good understanding of financial markets, financial products and related processes
• experience in Collateral Management or related operations areas
• knowledge in MS Excel and the ability to manipulate large data sets
• knowledge in VBA or other programming languages
• knowledge & experience in client onboarding activities, especially in the collateral management space (Legal agreements such as CSA/ISDA’s etc.)
