We are looking for a General Manager to lead the team at one of our quirky B&I head office locations in Southbank, London.
You will have previous experience of working as a General Manager at a B&I Head Office contract. The location operates a retail coffee shop style operation.
The ideal candidate will need to be quirky, trendy and have a really bubbly friendly personality.
Key responsibilities:
To manage a team providing retail breakfast, lunch, grab & go & hospitality offering
To ensure company bookwork is completed accurately and on time.
Manage the stock levels effectively and ensure ordering of goods is managed well.
Working closely with the CPU for food offering
To hold regular team meetings.
To train and develop the team.
To prepare month end accounts and reports for our client.
To complete monthly audits.
Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
You will have the following skills:
A proven General Manager within a similar B&I Head Office location or high end retail coffee shop
An all-round team player and leader
A real passion for great food and service
