We are looking for Code Senseis (Coaches/Teachers) to join our team of dynamic, forward thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Do you have an outgoing and extroverted personality? If the answers are yes then, this could be the role for you. No coding experience or knowledge is necessary. We will train you for the curriculum. You will be working at either of our three locations: Richmond, Sugar Land and Riverstone. Responsibilities include: Smile Smile Smile and Talk talk talk to the kids, ask if they need help, bring out your crazy so kids have fun while they learn Engage and connect with the kids as they work through the self-paced coding curriculum Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards. Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics, parent requests and kid's needs Requirements: College degree obtained or in process of obtaining Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be at least 14 years old Desired Characteristics: Motivated and passionate individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement Reliable, punctual and who holds high standards for themselves and the team Inspiring, Energized and innovative. Deadline and detail oriented One who enjoys working with kids. A fun personality is a MUST! Schedule: Work at least two shifts per week between the Center open hours: During the School Year M-F 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM and Sat 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (First shift 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM and second shift 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM) In Summer Full time from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Occasionally, additional hours will be requested for various Code Ninjas events that are in the evenings on week days or weekends.
