THE OPPORTUNITY
For our customers, creating memories and exploring the UK’s and Europe’s must-visit destinations on our holidays and day excursions is tremendously enhanced by our fantastic tour managers and drivers. Our team provide a friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable service on board our coaches, whilst serving an on-board drinks service and assisting our customers.
Following a particularly challenging period for the travel industry, we are now seeing a growth in demand from customers to explore again. Therefore, we are looking to grow our on-board team with passionate individuals with extensive knowledge and experience, to bring their personality and expertise to our tours. You will be conducting our brochure programme. A combination of Day Excursions, Short Breaks and UK/European Holidays.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Travelling the UK and Europe via coach is a fantastic opportunity. But it does require hard work and it certainly comes with responsibilities and high expectations. In addition to driving throughout the UK and Europe, you will also be required to provide an exceptional level of customer service to passengers and go above and beyond for individual customer needs. You will be required to act in a friendly and approachable manner to customers. It is so important to us that a personable service is delivered, whilst remaining professional at all times. The driver should be available to assist, should the customer need additional help.
IS THE ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU?
You must have fantastic geographically knowledge and always open to learning further destinations. You will need to be a naturally organised person, have great listening and questioning skills and be a natural with planning and execution. You will be required to deliver confident and articulate information and have the ability to adapt to the needs and tone of different customer groups.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
