About us
Vincenzo's Coffee House is an established family business in Lancaster city centre. Open 7 days a week, we serve an extensive food and drink menu.
The Role:
Initial general duties will include working at a fast pace to serve food and drinks to seated customers, clearing tables, washing pots and assisting with the closing up procedure.
Experience:
Experience in a customer facing role is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be given.
Pay:
Pay is hourly, to be discussed at interview.
Skills:
We are looking for someone who is motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude and who enjoys working in a busy atmosphere.
We are an established business with a loyal customer base. It’s important to us that all of our staff are polite, friendly and enjoy providing great customer service.
Please note that we are a busy, fast paced café, and all of our team work hard to provide customers with their food and drinks as quickly as possible. This is a physically demanding role.
The role can be very rewarding, and we a friendly team. Working hours are sociable, with tips, pension, holiday pay and a free meal and free drinks when on shift.

We can offer a choice of hours, with part time hours immediately available.
Any part time applicants must be available all year round i.e. through University and School term times.
