Job description
We are looking for a fully experienced Coach Driver for a well known, professional company.
This is a permanent job with working hours of Monday - Friday.
Pay:
First 40 Hours Worked (Mon - Fri) £452.50 per week (7.7% increase)
Performance Bonus: £20 per week.
Performance bonus is not paid to you if you don't work weekends, less than 3 days, sick, late, coach is left dirty, accidents etc.
Overtime: (Sat, Sun, Bank Holidays and after 40 hours worked Mon - Fri) = £14.50 per hour (7.4% increase).
Yearly Loyalty Bonus: £10 per week.
Paid at Christmas if you are still an employee of the company.
Summer Loyalty Bonus: £200.
Paid last week of July if you are still an employee of the company. (Pro rata rate if started after 1st January of that year).

You will be automatically enrolled into a Pension scheme and if you continue to be a member of the pension scheme and make at least the minimum payments the company will also pay in an additional 3% of what you earn over £6,032 into your pension.
