Position: Support Worker
Salary: £10.57 - £10.87 per hour
Service: Rowan House, Brentwood

About Your Role
Rowan House near Brentwood is a friendly, homely residential service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs, including Angelman Syndrome.
The team ensure a flexible and proactive approach and are dedicated to meeting the needs of the individuals they support.
You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
