Salary: £39,921- £42,581
What you’ll be doing:
- Facilitating the delivery of effective Early Careers programmes
- Monitoring and assessing learners against relevant standards in support of them attaining occupational competence
- Working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, building and maintaining effective relationships
- Recording / reporting of performance data effectively in support of delivering outstanding outcomes for learners
- Coaching and developing learners through on-the job training activity, providing welfare support and career guidance to aid their progression, attainment, and transition into the business
- Developing programme content related workplace learning and assessment methodologies to meet individual learner and business needs
- Providing and monitoring effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare, and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Have a broad, multi-functional focus, looking across the Early Careers portfolio of activity
- Subject Knowledge and Qualifications
- Business professional with occupational competence within given sector with a relevant qualification at Level 3, or equivalent
- Proven experience of coaching/ assessing (apprentices & learners)
- Proven experience in a complex administrative environment
- Proven experience of working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
Desirable:
- Proven experience of working with internal and external quality assurance and funding regulations.
- Qualified Assessor with relevant awarding body.
- IV Qualification

The Early careers team:
The EDAS Software team has a diverse background from both industry and education sectors, which enables them to actively support the apprentices along their apprenticeship journey and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. The team currently consists of 5 Skills Coaches which cover 3 sites including Warton/Samlesbury, Brough and Yeovil (2 at Warton/Samlesbury, 1 at Brough and 1 at Yeovil), however everyone works collaboratively both virtually and in person on a regular basis.
