WHAT TO EXPECT
This role is integral to the effective and efficient operational running of the new Customer Experience (CX) Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Experience (CX) Director and the CX CoE Leadership team, assisting in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes.
The individual will be an active member of the team and deliver timely and efficient maintenance of a range of administrative duties, depending on the current need of the area. They will need to be proactive in their delivery and adaptable in their working style to a variety of daily challenges.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CX leadership team
- Support with email and diary management for the CX Director
- Booking venues, catering and general events logistics
- Provide administrative support on the maintenance of documentation to enable effective delivery of team objectives
- Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
- Suport with office logistics and team planning
- Acting as a point of contact for the team and wider business on general queries
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
- Organising and storing of documents and computer-based information
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, circulating notes, tracking of actions
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
As the Personal Assistant, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in an administration role
- Proficient analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation
- Detail orientated with good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills – particularly with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Positive attitude and strong sense for leadership and team dynamics
