Role: Recruitment & Marketing Officer
Location: Hexham
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 p.a. depending on experience
On behalf of our client, a quality driven care provider based in Hexham we are seeking a Recruitment & Marketing Officer whose key focus will be identifying, recruiting and retaining passionate and values driven people who will provide care and support to customers in their own home. We are looking for a bubbly, passionate individual who will focus on delivering a responsive end to end recruitment service where each candidate experiences a positive, personal, and quality driven journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to be really involved in the community, building the brand and networking with local businesses and groups to proactively source and recruit high quality care workers. This role is not just about generating enquiries and applications, it is about developing relationships and recruiting through community events including recruitment fairs and exhibitions.
This is a growing business so you must be up for working at fast pace without losing sight of the company values or culture. You will fully understand the recruitment and retention challenges of the sector and provide innovative resourcing strategies and solutions. You will be expected to be self-motivated, driven, energetic and really understand people, care and what makes a great carer.
Within this role you will:
- Manage all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation.
- Take the lead on the marketing strategy for hiring across the business (digital and offline).
- Develop and maintain recruiting on social media by generating interesting, innovative, and timely content and campaigns.
- Lead the interview process and support candidate selection activities.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the recruitment system.
- Achieve targeted recruitment figures.
