Cloud Invoice Analyst

Salary & Benefits: £41,292 - £45,880 (depending on experience)
Location: Leeds (We're flexible on location and can also consider candidates based out of Bristol, Manchester, Halifax & Edinburgh) For many of our office based colleagues, we work in hybrid ways which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of their time at one of our office sites.

Where does this role sit
Within Cloud Services, the Private Cloud Contract and Commercial Team provides a Centre of Excellence to our Traditional and Private Cloud Service lines. We provide financial and performance insight to the consumption of services which enables Service Owners to take effective business decisions. We work closely with the platform teams, process teams and business value streams to ensure that the services are managed effectively. This role requires the ability to work as a member of a small team, whilst also being motivated to drive continual improvement to processes and ensure that controls are adhered to.

Your key accountabilities will include…
Collaborating with internal and external delivery teams to achieve consistent service outcomes and adherence to agreements.
Providing data analysis, MI and reports in a number of areas including invoicing and consumption, giving our customers the insights into their service and cost.
Ensuring the smooth and timely completion of processes and initiatives.
Supervises budgets and brings variances to the attention of senior colleagues while working within established budgeting systems.
Perform the checking and subsequent challenge / approval of invoices and payments from and to the strategic cloud partner(s) for all Cloud infrastructure RTB usage to ensure accuracy, adherence to contractual clauses and appropriate sign-offs. Ensuring timely payment and tracking recoveries.
Deliver monthly reporting, rate setting and other analysis required by business and Group CIO leadership in relation to the service cost transparency model and associated processes.
Assist in the relationship management of internal budget holders, Cloud Services teams and partner commercial team.
About you
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Be comfortable interpreting large, financial data sets
An eye for detail and the confidence to stand by contractual terms
Experience with invoice processing
strong stakeholder management skills
Willingness to challenge senior stakeholders, ensuring financial controls are adhered too
