Job description
This role is to join as a Cloud Engineer to work within AWS for various client side projects within a secure setting. This role would be within an established team with various skills and focuses.
About the role
The successful candidate will be working in a Delivery Team covering all areas of Cloud infrastructure deployment, development and management.
The role is an opportunity to join our growing Cloud community to:
Engage in and improve the lifecycle of services through deployment, operation and refinement
Work on initiatives that develop and facilitate the infrastructure and tooling including ongoing adoption of IAC and CI/CD
Engineer and automate our environment designing for security, reliability and scalability
Support the deployment of cloud-based infrastructures
Create, test, and implement cloud computing services
Continuously improve patterns, practices and operational efficiencies
What do you need?
You’ll need experience in some of the following areas would be desirable, but not essential.
Experience working as a Cloud Engineer preferably with AWS,
Knowledge of working with AWS Cloud and general cloud concepts
Strong knowledge and experience of AWS services such as VPCs, Subnets, Gateways, PrivateLink, IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, API gateway, S3, VPNs, RDS
Developing Infrastructure as code using Terraform
