Job description
We are…
An award-winning integrated agency, working with all sorts of clients across all sorts of sectors. Every day, and every project, offers something different. A new combination of skills and people. A new brief to get to grips with. A new audience to discover.
Our people get a kick out of collaboration, and we’re an agency that lives and breathes the ‘integrated’ bit. It’s not just lip service. We back our team, find ways for them to grow, and value a settled, friendly workplace. No burnout culture here.
The work we do can be found on supermarket shelves, social media feeds and newspaper front pages. Big brands come for our creative flare and exciting start-ups come for our strategic experience. We help global charities change the world, and game changing businesses seize the moment.
And we’ve been doing it all since 1999.
You are…
A true all-rounder, who can take an idea from concept and storyboard, through shoot planning, to filming and editing.
You’re happy being on the go, splitting your time between locations up and down the country, and the office editing and diving into creative work. It’s the kind of role that needs unbeatable organisation skills, problem solving, and the ability to bring positive vibes to even the most complicated situations.
Variety better get you out of bed in the morning, because you’ll be mixing it up with brand vids, consumer ads, short-form social assets, website imagery and product photography. All using the latest gear. You’ll be comfortable talking to clients, explaining your creative vision, and gently encouraging them to do… exactly what you need them to do. It’s an artform!
Your team…
Will change depending on the job or project, and you’ll normally be juggling a few. Sometimes you’ll be working with copywriters and designers, sometimes with social media specialists or PR experts. Like we said, we live and breathe the ‘integrated’ bit. You’ll be working with Account Managers on every project too, so you can concentrate on creating great content whilst they handle timing plans, costs and client comms.
You’ll report to our Creative Production Lead, as part of our creative studio.
