JOB DESCRIPTION
Vigil Industry Protection (ViP Global Security) is actively recruiting experienced personnel to join our successful Team.
With contracts both in the UK and Overseas, we seek to find professional, customer orientated, personnel to join our successful Team.
ViP prides itself on consistently upskilling and training the right people to continually improve the entire team skillset. We also pride ourselves on staying coachable, learning on and off the job, and learning from each other.
Our ideal Operatives hold a current SIA badge for Close Protection. They are First Aid trained and possess exceptional Customer Service skills. They are professional, and punctual. They are great team members and remain vigilant whilst on the job.
They are able to alleviate conflict swiftly, and maintain composure whilst under pressure. They are protective of their team members and can be relied on to make calculated decisions to maintain team and/or client safety.

Applicants are also required to provide the following prior to an interview:
- A UK SIA license as a Close Protection Operative;
- A valid in-date First Aid qualification;
- A Valid in date full driving license;
- A valid NI number/Right to work in the UK;
- Good level of Literacy & Communication / Customer service;
- Full CV with verified references stating previous work experience, etc.
Desirable but not necessary
- Dog handlers with dogs (must hold CP license);
- Previous experience of CCTV / monitoring systems.
