Sandringham Ward are seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Workerto join our friendly supportive team. Sandringham Ward is an assessment ward for older people with a functional mental illness. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality care to our patients, supporting them on their recovery journey. Health Care Assistant Band 3 - Inpatient Providing person centred care for older people with a functional mental illness and physical health problems. Assisting patients with personal care and dietery requirements Monitoring and recording of physical health Therapeutic observations Input with patients recovery plan Liaison and support to relatives and other services Recording on Patients clinical notes Escorting patients to appointments Assisting nursing staff with admission and discharge procedures.
