Key Responsibilities:
Salary: circa £52,212 - £57,380 per annum, depending on experience + good range of benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 36.5 hours per week
Based: Milton Keynes (hybrid working)

Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR & Payroll function at World Vision UK and help shape the future of our organisation and how we work, while supporting our mission to transform the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Head of Learning, Engagement & Inclusion (HLE&I) you will also help lead the delivery of World Vision UK’s People Strategy, with particular emphasis on leading the development of workforce and human resources plans. As a member of WVUK’s Operational Leadership Team, you will influence organisational decision-making relating to people management and work with organisational leaders to plan and deliver change programmes across the organisation.
This role requires an experienced HR professional with the confidence to lead a HR function in a complex organisation, including managing and developing HR professionals in a busy environment, experience developing and implementing HR solutions and change programmes and excellent collaboration skills to work closely with other senior leaders to influence, set direction and create a high-performance environment and working behaviours.
