We are looking to recruit an experienced, innovative and highly motivated Lead Clinical Psychologist for our well established multi-disciplinary East Surrey Community Teams for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD). The successful applicant will lead a highly innovative and valued learning disability psychology service.
The post offers excellent opportunities to work within a vibrant multidisciplinary team who work with adults with learning disabilities across the spectrum of need and in a wide variety of services. You will be leading a staff team who are passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities, and are continually developing and implementing different approaches to meet peoples needs.We are a values led team and we are committed to cross division collaboration and working. We are interested to find people who share and demonstrate our core values and expertise.
There are many opportunities for you to develop your own skills further with specialist neuropsychology supervision as well as systemic supervision opportunities. There are also opportunities to support our work on trauma-informed care within the division and the Trust more generally. We have been at the forefront of this work within the LD context nationally and welcome fresh ideas to help us continue developing both our trauma-informed and trauma specific pathways within the community teams.
