We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Live Chat Advisor to join our high performing team. The Live Chat Team form an essential part of the business, and are responsible for overseeing live chat activity across all Hendy Group web platforms.
This is a remote working opportunity however a week’s training in Fareham and Bournemouth may be required when you first start.
Working hours:
This is a remote part-time opportunity. As an advisor, you will work Saturday (9am-5pm) with a 1 hour lunch break and Sunday (10am-4pm) with a 30 minute lunch break.
The Opportunity:
As the digital voice of the business this role will require you to provide a professional and engaging experience to our customers where your bright personality will shine through in the form of exceptional customer service.
In this role you will:
- Provide a quick, effortless and professional response to live chat queries raised by
- customers across all of the Group website platforms;
- Maximise the opportunity to book sales and service appointments;
- Log complaints received by the Group; monitoring manufacturer CSI platforms, social media and online review conversations, and liaising with customers to direct any complaints accordingly.

About You:
- A professional approach; excellent telephone manner, along with the ability to
- communicate
- in an engaging and friendly manner.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of how to up-sell and overcome objections whilst having a highly
- customer
- focused attitude
- Previous experience in a target driven sales environment, telesales or a call
- centre/customer service department would be useful.
- Accurate data input, good attention to detail and experience of managing your own
- workload; and
- Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
