The Neurophysiology service at York provides a wide range of diagnostic procedures including routine, sleep, portable, ambulatory EEGs, Video-Telemetry and Home Video Ambulatory EEGs, EMG/ NCS, SEPs (department and ICU based) pattern and flash ERGs.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Neurophysiology Department for a Clinical Physiology (Neuro) Professional Services Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead and manage the Neurophysiology service at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The Neurophysiology Service sits within Care Group 6 - Specialised Medicine, Outpatients, Ophthalmology and Orthopaedics and the post holder will work closely with and be supported by other operational service managers within the care group. You will report to the Care Group 6 Associate Chief Operating Officer.
The department has recently achieved National School of Healthcare Science Work Based Training Provider Accreditation (STP in Clinical Neurophysiology) and are hosting our first trainee healthcare scientist.
