Job Description

We are looking for reliable and security-conscious individuals to join our team as Door Supervisors. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at work premises. The following are the responsibilities of door supervisors:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression.
• Conduct thorough and efficient security checks of individuals entering the premises, following established protocols and procedures.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking necessary action to resolve the situation while adhering to legal and company guidelines.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the premises, regularly patrolling designated areas to deter potential security threats.
• Managing crowds to avoid crushing and queue jumping
• Collecting tickets from people coming in
• Patrolling inside and outside the venue, watching people's behavior, and dealing with conflict.
• Restraining and escorting people out of the venue, if necessary
• Dealing with emergencies
• Supervising people as they leave the building.
• Co-operating with the police, first aiders, and management.
• Incident Reporting.
• Feedback on shift is mandatory.

Experience:

He / 0r she must have a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Certificate:

Following are the licenses a door supervisor must have:

• He must have an SIA License.
• First Aid Licensed.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

Job Types: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
