We are seeking a committed and experienced Pharmacist to join our client’s busy Hospital Pharmacist team at their acute hospital site, located in Chester, Cheshire
This is a part-time role of 22.5 hours / 3 days per week
You will ensure the delivery of a high quality pharmacy service, including the provision of professional advice to clinical staff and consultants as required.
This Hospitals approach is to fully integrate medicines into a personalised pathway of patient care.

Person requirements:
– Registered Pharmacist with full GPhC Registration.
– Current or recent post-registration experience
