Probrand Ltd is a leading IT Managed services provider offering computer services to a wide range of SME clients across the county. A new opportunity has arisen within our engineering team, we currently have a vacancy for a Service Administrator due to on- going growth in our dynamic and highly skilled engineering team.
The role is to assist the Service Coordinator; this will include but is not limited to answering incoming calls, booking support tickets, assigning tickets over to engineers, liaising with clients, running reports, updating databases, assisting with general queries, orders, and stock maintenance. This role will be primarily home-based but may require travel to our Smethwick and Birmingham City Centre offices as/when required. Ideally Candidate should be based within the West Midlands Area.

Main Duties:
- Log support tickets on to the system
- Log web and intranet bookings
- Assign support tickets to engineers
- Respond to queries from customers and internal staff
- Assist with booking site visits for engineers
- Forward job info on to engineers
- Generate reports and quotes from the system
- Update company asset tag info and assist with occasional audits
- Assist with monthly stocktakes
- Bi-monthly visits to our City Centre office and occasional visits to our Smethwick site
- Assist with quotes and parts orders
- Cover for the Service Coordinator in times of absence
- Upkeep of company documentation/procedures
