Our client is seeking to appoint a clinical negligence solicitor to join their team in London. You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of complex and high-value claims, involving medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, and more. You will also provide legal advice and representation to our clients, who include NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and medical professionals.
