About the team:

The Cards team provides BAU support and delivers client changes for B2K - P1C hosted platforms in EMEA. Cards team is also responsible for working with the release and compliance team to deliver various types of releases for our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role would possess strong core BA competencies but would also ideally have a background in payment processing.

What you will be doing:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

  • Analysis of business and client needs documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Assesses, applies, and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
  • Triage the production issues under B2K-P1C (EMEA)
  • Work with the stakeholders to get the issue resolved within the defined SLA for the client; pick up issues and work on them till resolution and closure.
  • Conducting internal meetings with the stakeholders on the status of the issues.
  • Conducting meetings with the clients to provide the status of the issues on a weekly basis.
  • Work with the Service Desk team on client communication for specific cases.
  • Work with the internal stakeholders (dev team, QA team, BA product team) on resolution of issues, when need be
  • Understands test processes, SIT and UAT and able to support testing where required

What you bring:

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
  • Shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

Added bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of B2K and/or P1C production
  • Knowledge Production support process and Service Now tool
