OPPORTUNITY PROFILE
The Tenant Liaison Officer will be the main point of contact for residents. They will liaise between our client, residents and Cenergist staff to ensure that any works being carried out are communicated to residents and at each stage, residents are fully supported.
This involves ensuring any complaints or issues are dealt with efficiently or escalated to the Senior Tenant Liaison Officer.
KEY TASKS
- Be the point of contact for residents
- Manage any queries or complaints in a timely manner
- Attending and contributing to operational meetings
- Oversee the complaints procedure ensuring complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively
- Working with site management team to keep residents fully informed
- Liaise and support residents throughout planned maintenance
- Arrange appointments
- Identify any special needs or circumstances of individual residents
- Maintain records in line with company procedures ensuring compliance with GDPR
DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of providing high level customer service to members of the public
- Previous on-site experience as a TLO
- Ability to interact sensitively with others
- Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information
- Experience within construction industry and in a liaison/housing role
- Experience of scheduling local authority domestic heating installations Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.

The position will be covering the London area, and is fully site based. Travel will be required on a regular basis to other operating locations as specified by the Company.
