Salary: £19.90ph, 40 hours (floor and supernumerary)

Requirements:
RMN qualified preferred, strong RGN considered
Previous leadership experience within a care home
Clinically sound and passionate about the care sector
Some experience working with residents living with dementia

The Role:

We are working with a small, well-established care provider who have grown within the sector with a reputation of creating luxury care homes. They have a strong senior management team and a history of low staff turnover. My client are committed to providing quality care and developing the skills of their management team.
They are seeking a talented Clinical Lead to join one of their larger care homes providing general nursing, residential and dementia care. The home itself is running very well, with a Home and Deputy Manager in place who are seeking a nurse to complete the management structure. The position will be composed of floor shifts, with the opportunity to work some supernumerary hours.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will ideally be RMN qualified, though a strong RGN will be considered for the position. They will hold experience working within a care home and be able to show clear leadership ability in order to support and develop junior members of the team. The Clinical Lead will support the management team, through leading on the floor and completing office duties.
They will hold a confident and approachable nature, someone who will be able to motivate the junior team and contribute to the betterment of the home itself.

Location:
This role is based around the Newcastle area and is commutable from Gateshead, Sunderland, Chester-Le-Street, Whitley Bay, South Shields, Cramlington, Stanley, Hebburn, Washington, Consett and Corbridge.

Summary:
My client is seeking a talented nurse to take on a Clinical Lead position within a high performing care home providing nursing, residential and dementia care. The home holds a 'GOOD' CQC and has a Deputy and Home Manager in place, forming a successful senior management structure. They are looking for a clinically sound nurse, who will be able to provide support and guidance to junior members of the team. The candidate will be hungry to progress their career, and show genuine passion for the care sector.
