Job Title: Associate Clinical Lead

Location: Slough Wexham park Hospital

What would you be doing at HomeLink?

• Clinical and service provision.
• Service quality and governance.
• Deputise for the Clinical Lead when required.
• Promoting patient flow.
• Leading on specific service development projects.
• Working across professional and multi-agency boundaries.
• Knowledge of the local health economy and the process of service change.
• Experience of managing a multidisciplinary team remotely.
• Superb interpersonal skills.

• Minimum five years experience as a Registered Nurse or an HCPC Registered Professional
• Full drivers licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK without any form of sponsorship.
