Job description
As a Clinic Receptionist (or Patient Services Executive as we’ll call you), you’re an ambassador for Care Fertility in all of your interactions, whether it’s meeting and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic, or answering the phone to respond to enquiries.
Delivering first-class service to everybody is second nature to you, you’re friendly, passionate and positive. You deliver a memorable experience of all our patients.
You have great attention to detail and you demonstrate this when you’re registering new patients, or inputting their data on our systems – everything is done accurately.
It’s essential that you’ve got outstanding customer service skills and you’ve worked in a reception/front of house role with high value customers. Your communication skills are exemplary, you’re polite, courteous and helpful to patients at all times.
Location/Benefits:
This is a full-time role working between 08:00-17:00 Mon to Fri (with 1 in 4 Sats).
Primarily based at 27 Highfield Rd, Birmingham B15 3DP, however there will be a need to work from our Tamworth clinic (maybe 1 day a week - Ventura Park B78 3HL).
