Digital, ETC - London. - Please note this role will be flexible 3 days per week in the office.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our FinTech team here at Etc. Helping us build market-leading products that solve real customer problems on a global scale. You will own every part of your product development area, from discovery right through to build, launch and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the whole lifecycle of your product from the ideation stage, discovery, digital user interface design, and product functionality and features.
  • Run ongoing user research throughout to qualify and refine customer solutions.
  • Work autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently, following lean MVP experimental work
  • Prioritise the biggest customer problems to solve and design the best ways to solve them within your team
  • Collaborate with teams across the wider business to align plans, unblock development and communicate changes with customers and colleagues
  • Get direct feedback from smart people across the company, but you will keep the freedom to make your own calls, take risks and learn
  • Work closely every day with a multi-skilled team of designers, researchers, technical product owners and delivery managers
  • Track and monitor the performance and functionality of your product after launch to iterate and improve on them
  • Work in ways that suit you best within your team - enjoy flexibility in how you work. It’s all about your impact on the mission
