Product Manager - FinTech
- Responsible for the whole lifecycle of your product from the ideation stage, discovery, digital user interface design, and product functionality and features.
- Run ongoing user research throughout to qualify and refine customer solutions.
- Work autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently, following lean MVP experimental work
- Prioritise the biggest customer problems to solve and design the best ways to solve them within your team
- Collaborate with teams across the wider business to align plans, unblock development and communicate changes with customers and colleagues
- Get direct feedback from smart people across the company, but you will keep the freedom to make your own calls, take risks and learn
- Work closely every day with a multi-skilled team of designers, researchers, technical product owners and delivery managers
- Track and monitor the performance and functionality of your product after launch to iterate and improve on them
