Commercial Manager
2. Manages a team in executing a range of high-risk commercial opportunities, including negotiations, setting service level agreements, and managing contracts to customer expectations, with P&L responsibilities.
3. Contributes to the development of competitive pricing strategies using benchmarking and other comparable bid information.
4. Implements commercial finance governance and ensures the bid's commercials are of a quality that benefits the BT Group and its customers.
5. Coordinates collaboration across the bid team to identify risks, issues and opportunities to be addressed as part of the overall commercial solution.
6. Coordinates risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
7. Coordinates the creation of innovative commercial modelling and mechanisms for the bid, ensuring BT Group profitability, risk mitigation and customer requirements are met.
8. Coordinates the translation of bid P&L into both customer and contract pricing schedules.
9. Champions, continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in the commercial environment.
10. Coaches talent and manages a team to develop capabilities and ensure performance through upskilling, development and recruitment.
11. Implements ways to improve working processes within the area of commercial trading & management.
