Business Analyst – Transformation
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 plus excellent benefits package including, 25 days holidays, competitive pension scheme, hybrid working approach, annual bonus scheme and many more!
As the Business Analyst, you will work with business changes owners to gather, develop, and document process maps and accurately scope requirements for new projects supporting the improvements of existing or new systems and process. You will have a hands-on approach and experience of working in a diverse and multiple disciplined structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a strong knowledge of internal processes and systems across the business.
- Taking these insights and translating them into concise specification documents to support the delivery of project objectives.
- Scoping business requirements for non-IT projects, in support of the improvement of existing and systems and processes.
- Work with business change owners and suppliers (where required) to ensure that requirements are clearly understood, and necessary information is available.
- Producing "as is" and "to be" business process maps using standard tooling.
- Drive the definition of change, taking ownership for ensuring that end to end scope and impacts of change are understood by all affected parties.
- Overseeing the implementation of approved processes.
- Support business stakeholders in user acceptance testing (UAT) of any systems changes and ensuring handover and acceptance into business-as-usual within the line function.
- Ensure traceability of requirements to ensure achievement of project objectives.
