We are currently recruiting a number of Client Success Assistant to join our Client Success team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone starting their career in Client Success within a forward-thinking company.


Client Success at intent.ly is the heart of our operations. The team is paramount to ensuring our client’s campaigns are set up correctly, go live and ensure no hiccups happen along the way.


You’ll be given full training on how to successfully be a Client Success Assistant and work closely with our Client Success team to ensure their client’s campaigns run like clockwork.


You’ll also take responsibility for ensuring our Client Success Managers and Senior Client Success Managers are updated accordingly on the performance of their clients campaigns, as well as dealing with any issues that come through on our support inbox.

  • Sales - This team is responsible for creating new business opportunities for intent.ly
  • Delivery - This team is responsible for ensuring all our clients campaigns are set up, coded and go live.
  • Technology - This team is responsible for building our product as well as building our clients campaigns.

The interview process


Our interview process will consist of 2 stages and you’ll get the opportunity to most of the team as well as our past interns.


  • 1st Stage interview - Virtually meet with one of our Client Success Executive and one of our Client Success Managers
  • 2nd / Final interview - in-person you’ll meet with both our UK Senior Client Success Managers.
