Job description
What is the purpose of the role?
The Resolution Officer is the first point of contact for customers who need to report anti-social behaviour and tenancy issues. Resolution Officers assess each case to advise, sign-post and to see if an early resolution can be reached.
Why is the role important?
The Resolution Officer will be responsible for responding to cases initially and take action where an early intervention pre-enforcement approach or sign-posting could lead to a successful resolution and prevent escalation. The early intervention with support can ensure cases are managed appropriately with a quick resolution for customers where possible.
