Job Title: Customer Services Officer
Salary: £23,370 - £24,600
Location: Cardnet, Phoenix House, Christopher Martin road, Basildon, Essex SS14 3EZ
Hours: Full Time- 35 hours
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team providing excellent customer service and operational support to Product implementation.
As a Customer Services Officer your role will involve being the 'go to' specialist for operational issues for not only the customer but also the Cardnet Product Manager and our clients. You'll be responsible for supporting the implementation of new merchants to Cardnet as well as coaching and supporting team members in their role.
You'll also be required to share best practice and develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all operational and processing areas of Fiserv to ensure a smooth end to end onboarding process for the client.
You'll be working closely in a team of 12 colleagues, supporting both from within and also the wider Cardnet community. This is a great opportunity to expand your abilities and gain a phenomenal understanding of customer service.
