UniQ Studios are a London-based creative production agency and web content provider, specialising in commercial photography, interactive images, video production, web development services as well as studio and event space hire. We specialise in fashion and product photography for eCommerce and Advertising.

We currently shoot and supply up to 4000 finished images per week and our Clients include; CK, Estée Lauder, Groupon, Tommy Hilfiger, Puma, Under Armour, BHS, Mac Cosmetics, Lloyds Bank, BBC, Channel 4, Sony Music, Rock Nation, Universal Music, and Attitude Magazine amongst others.

UniQ Studios have a vacancy for a diligent Client Services Executive (Photography Studio & Marketing Assistant) with some experience with studio/venue space hire and in the commercial photography/creative industry. The primary responsibly of this versatile role is to deal with inbound sales enquiries and perform client services duties for our studio and location hire department. You will assist in the preparation of photo shoots, ensure the studio is clean and tidy, and perform ad-hoc tasks around the studio.

We have an option for the right candidate to relocate to live at premises within the 2 Acre grounds of our new Mansion location space in South East London, Sidcup area. It is a 2-Bed Cottage with 2 en-suites that would be shared with another colleague and would include use of the Mansion's facilities including Gym, Swimming Pool and Cinema Room.

We are ideally looking or candidates that will be helping to maintain and manage our properties to be close and the proposed accommodation is within the grounds of one and 20 mins drive to each of our other 2 locations.

The person appointed will be a confident written and verbal communicator and have a strong passion for sales and marketing. You should be able to work fast and efficiently while maintaining a high-quality standard, and must have good attention to detail, strong work ethic and willingness to learn/develop.

You should have good people skills, maintain the highest level of customer service, and will work with other members of staff to deliver marketing goals and solidify customer relations.

Main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Core duties

  • Telephone or Meeting consultations with prospective and existing clients
  • Implementation of general business development and marketing strategies
  • Up-sell services and conduct Rates Negotiations with prospective and existing clients
  • Update Pre-Shoot or Requirements Form with Client details and specifications
  • Set up and take down of studio/lighting setup
  • General studio upkeep and tidy up
  • Ad-hoc tasks around our studios and location spaces
  • Email and phone enquiries screening and delegation
  • Studio hire booking software updates and management
  • Assist with Studio hire and event space bookings
  • Assist on photographic shoots
  • Reconcile payments and confirm invoice payments with senior management
  • Social media management
  • Create and send client quotes/proposals and invoices

Other duties

  • Collaborate with the creative director to produce marketing material including print, web and video content
  • Assist with sales reports and accounts preparation
  • Attend Trade Shows and networking events
  • Content writing (blog, web content and business literature)
  • Assists with operations and business management tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in photography and video production
  • Some work experience in a sales and customer service role
  • Some experience working for a studio hire or space hire Company
  • Passion for providing the highest level of customer service to new, and existing clients
  • Full Drivers licence and car
  • Experience in or willingness to occasionally drive the Companies Luton Van to transport equipment and event decor across our location spaces? (standard 3.5 Ton Luton Van - does not require a spacial licence)
  • Must be detail oriented, diligent and very well organised
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload, multi-task using effective time management skills
  • Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts on weekends and evenings as required to oversee bookings

  • Admin or Management: 1 year (required)

Language:

  • Fluent Oral & Written English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Drivers Licence and Car (required)
